1. About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed through palmfairways.com and to your use of the site. By placing an order you accept them.

We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including material, dimensions and intended use. Photography is illustrative and colours can vary slightly between screens.

Some items are supplier-manufactured and may carry minor cosmetic variation between units. Where a product is part of a set, the contents are listed in the specification list on the product page.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We never store full card details.

If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel the order for a full refund.

4. Delivery

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer, or personal preference. Please review all product details, measurements, size guides and delivery information carefully before placing your order.

We will offer an appropriate remedy, including a replacement or full refund, if an item: is defective, damaged or incomplete upon delivery; is not the product ordered; does not reasonably match its description or advertising; arrives so late that the customer can no longer reasonably use it for its intended purpose; or is delivered in material breach of the agreed order terms.

5. Returns and cancellation

Please contact us before returning any product. Depending on the circumstances, product value and shipping costs, we may agree on the most practical solution with you. This may include a replacement, a full or partial refund, or an authorised return. In some cases, returning the item may not be required.

6. Warranty and liability

Heat damage from leaving equipment in a parked vehicle, normal wear and accidental damage are not covered.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.

7. Editorial independence

Guides, course reviews and equipment verdicts are written independently and are never paid placements. Where a link earns a commission we say so on the page.

Editorial content is general information, not professional advice. Course fees, opening hours and tournament details change — confirm with the venue before you travel.

8. Intellectual property

The PalmFairways name, logo, photography and written content belong to PalmFairways. Brand names of third-party manufacturers are used for identification and comparison only.

Media use of our logo is covered by the brand guidelines on the PR & Media page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
