You get a confirmation email when the order is placed and a tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves our fulfilment partner. Orders with several items can arrive in separate parcels.

No. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer, or personal preference. Please review product details, measurements, size guides and delivery information before ordering.

We will offer an appropriate remedy — a replacement or a full refund — if an item is defective, damaged or incomplete on delivery, is not the product ordered, does not reasonably match its description, arrives so late that it can no longer be used for its intended purpose, or is delivered in material breach of the agreed order terms.

Depending on the circumstances, product value and shipping costs we agree the most practical solution with you — replacement, full or partial refund, or an authorised return. In some cases the item does not need to be sent back. We may ask for photos, video or packaging images showing the issue.

No. Do not return an item to the address on the parcel unless we have expressly authorised it. Unauthorised returns may not be received or processed.

Where the issue was caused by us or our fulfilment partner, you do not pay approved return-shipping costs. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Yes. Starter sets and kids packs are built for first-time players, and every club listing states what type of player it suits. If you are unsure, email hello@palmfairways.com and we will point you to the right set.

We work with a mix of brand suppliers and specialist manufacturers. A number of items — accessories, headcovers, training aids and selected bags — are manufactured in China and shipped from our supplier network. Everything is selected against the same standard: it has to hold up to Dubai heat, sand and humidity.
