Returns and Refunds Policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer, or personal preference. Please review all product details, measurements, size guides and delivery information carefully before placing your order.

We will offer an appropriate remedy, including a replacement or full refund, if an item: is defective, damaged or incomplete upon delivery; is not the product ordered; does not reasonably match its description or advertising; arrives so late that the customer can no longer reasonably use it for its intended purpose; or is delivered in material breach of the agreed order terms.

Please contact us before returning any product. Depending on the circumstances, product value and shipping costs, we may agree on the most practical solution with you. This may include a replacement, a full or partial refund, or an authorised return. In some cases, returning the item may not be required.

Customers may be asked to provide photographs, videos, packaging images or other reasonable evidence showing the issue. Products must not be used, washed, altered or damaged beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.

Do not return an item to the address shown on the original parcel unless we have expressly authorised you to do so. Unauthorised returns may not be received or processed.

Where the issue was caused by us or our fulfilment partner, the customer will not be required to pay approved return-shipping costs. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Privacy

We collect only what an order or newsletter signup requires: name, email, delivery address and order history.

We never sell or rent personal data. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe from any email in one click.

Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our systems.

Editorial policy

Course ratings, verdicts and product recommendations are editorial and are not paid placements.

Green fee figures are indicative ranges we track for guidance and are not quotes. Always confirm with the club at booking.
