What we need from you
Fair trade — here is our side of it
A product list
CSV, spreadsheet or an export from your POS. Titles, quantities, wholesale or retail price and condition. We clean and standardise the rest.
Stock accuracy
Tell us what is actually on the shelf and update us when it moves. We sync weekly by default, or live if your system supports it.
Dispatch within 48h
Same-day for selected items inside Dubai, otherwise within two working days. We handle the customer, you handle the box.
Product photos or access
Send what you have, or let us shoot it. We can collect items in Dubai and photograph them to our standard at no cost.

We check fit, pricing and category gaps, then come back with a commission proposal.

Common questions
Do I need my own webshop?
No. Plenty of our partners have no online presence at all — that is exactly the gap we fill.
Who owns the customer?
PalmFairways handles the transaction and support, but your shop is credited on the product page and in the packaging.
What about exclusivity?
None required. Keep selling in-store and anywhere else you already do.
How do payouts work?
Consolidated payout twice a month, with a full order breakdown per line item.
